CONSTRUCTION IS UNDERWAY!
In 2018, The Gray Group acquired 102.6 acres in Stratford and established a comprehensive 15-20 year plan for a mixed-use community at the heart of Stratford – The Crossroads.
This vision is now coming to life with the first phase: two four-storey residential apartment buildings on MacKinnon Drive, part of a larger plan to deliver approximately 3,200 residential units.
Construction is underway on these two 48-unit buildings, each offerring a mix of bachelor/studio, one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments designed to accommodate a wide range of lifestyles and housing needs.
This milestone marks the beginning of a transformative development that will contribute significantly to Stratford’s residential growth and long-term economic vitality.
