Week 16 of 52
This week’s 52 Weeks of Giving in Memory of Wayne Gray is supporting the CMHA PEI . We at The Gray Group support their philosophy that that everyone deserves to feel well.
In supporting this we are pleased to provide a gift of $10,000 to be directed to the Peer Support Program. Individuals that take part in this program that is offered in Charlottetown, Montague, Summerside and Alberton receive crisis intervention, one on one sessions, and group sessions. Peer Support workers through their own lived experiences can empathize with the struggle and emotional toll that may accompany a mental illness. This program plays a pivotal role in the mental health recovery journey.
In addition to supporting this program, The Gray Group is grateful to support Fred Horrelt, our Director of Development who too, believes in the philosophy of Canadian Mental Health Association of PEI by volunteering his time as a board member.
