After acquiring the site in 2023, the former Maritime Christian College on 503 University Avenue has begun demolition. This action signals the initial phase in the development of contemporary apartment complexes, showcasing our focus on advancing urban development. Encompassing 3.4 acres, the planned apartment complexes will offer 257 units, including cozy studios and spacious three-bedroom residences.
